Knowledge Resources is proud to be hosting our 9th Annual Coaching and Mentoring Conference, endorsed by COMENSA. We have a fantastic selection of international and local speakers bringing you the latest, most up-to-date, information in the coaching and mentoring field.
Coaching and mentoring is still an emerging discipline. With many organizations realising that coaching and mentoring is a way of developing staff, increasing engagement and performance, and even enhancing morale at a fraction of the cost of other forms of interventions.
Expand your thinking and sharpen your skills, by joining experts in the field of coaching and mentoring as they share their knowledge and skills regarding new developments, applications, research and case studies.
The CIPD 2009 Taking the Temperature of Coaching survey revealed that more employers are using coaching (90 per cent) than might be expected in the current economic climate. This is an increase on coaching use found in past surveys, which stood at 70 per cent. Source: www.cipd.co.uk.

After the workshop you will be able to:
- Identify the personal perspective that you bring to your research and how it influences your choice of enquiry and how you will carry it out;
- Identify how research can help you develop sustain and develop your practice;
- Incorporate research into your practice in a way which is tractable and appropriate for your resources and what you want to achieve;
- Work with the research cycle to design and plan an enquiry;
