Our Professional Certified Coach Training Programme is one of the most highly regarded programmes around the globe and is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

A pioneer in the development of the coaching profession, Newfield Network is one of the oldest established coaching schools and has been training coaches since 1991 in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Based on a simple, yet encompassing model for coaching, the programme transforms your world view and capacity for action, while teaching you to coach others for sustainable change and effective learning. This method of coaching, known as Ontological Coaching®, has been developed and refined by Newfield Network founder Julio Olalla over the last three decades.

The programme is for those committed to deep, transformational learning as well as those who want to become certified coaches. Most participants on our programme are either seeking leadership development, training to improve their personal leadership abilities, to become a personal coach or to improve their existing coaching skills.

The eight-month programme is composed of two workshops:

Workshop 1: Foundations for Personal Leadership - It gives you new awareness and practices to be more effective in leading - in all aspects of your life. You will develop greater emotional awareness, physical presence and communication skills for maximum influence. Practise applying new skills to:

• Leading self and others
• Developing greater presence and wisdom for greater impact
• Generating breakthrough results
• Learning how to navigate complex issues with greater ease and less fear

Workshop 2: The Art and Practice of Ontological Coaching (TAPOC) - In this workshop you will apply the models, skills and competencies of coaching based on the principles you learned in the Foundations for Personal Leadership workshop, Workshop #1.

During the weeks between and after workshops, you will participate in various learning activities with a study group and on your own with learning guides and papers supplied by Newfield Network. The two workshops combined with these learning activities give you the framework to become qualified for Newfield and ICF coach certification.
