WHAT

This course seeks to give managers and leaders working in this critical sector the ability to contribute to the reform of the power sector and deliver sustainable, affordable services to everyone, while still accelerating economic growth.

WHY

The course provides delegates with the tools to engage effectively with issues around the restructuring of state-owned, vertically integrated, monopoly electricity industries; private sector participation; the introduction of Independent Power Producers (IPPs); and new regulatory regimes, among other issues.
