Today, South African managers are being asked to make difficult and challenging decisions to ensure the continued growth and prosperity of their organisations. No organisation, whether public or private, large or small, is exempt from these difficult decisions. The NMU Business School offers creative and enterprising managers the opportunity to develop their managerial talents while continuing to work.

The NMU Business School, which is a department of the Faculty of Business and Economic Sciences, was formed in 2005 as a result of the merging of the MBA-Unit of the PE Technikon and the Management Development Centre of the University of Port Elizabeth.

The Business School presents formal and non-formal programmes which are aimed at providing managers with a vigorous and thorough grounding in the fundamental elements of business administration, management and leadership.

Our vision is to become the most sought after Business School in the Eastern Cape and a trendsetter in management and leadership development in Africa.
