Gear up to take a big stride forward
Henley’s ACMP will give you a new perspective on your strategic role in the workplace. You already know what you are doing, now formalise and professionalise your practice as you grow into a business leader. Henley Africa is the only international quadruple accredited business school in Africa. We’ll help you gain new faith in yourself and your abilities, along with the confidence and skill to work with others to reach new heights.
Benefits of this programme
The ACMP provides junior and early middle managers with an operational context and the skillset to manage optimally. The most frequent, and most powerful feedback we hear from our graduates is that in addition to learning how to manage people, projects, and budgets better, the ACMP helped them accomplish things they thought were previously not possible.
Power your management ability
The ACMP is an NQF level 6, CHE accredited qualification that consists of five learning blocks over a 12 month period. The course is underpinned by a systems-focused framework that gives you mastery over complex topics such as strategy, diversity and inclusion, and builds your understanding of the business ecosystem. You will gain insight into how businesses operate and be able to identify red flags, see opportunities, and develop the skills to manage operations and teams optimally.
All assessment is project-based and directly related to your role within the organisation. In this way, the learning is sustained, and you continue to grow beyond the life of the programme as you utilise the toolsets and models provided.
The themes covered are those that middle to senior managers are expected to master, while the personal mastery component enables students to understand themselves and others better.
