Monitoring & Evaluation for Organisational Performance

Why this programme?
Monitoring and evaluation are important management tools to track the organisational progress, performance and facilitate decision making. It contributes towards good governance in terms of, improved accountability and transparency, improved evidence-based budget decision making, policy development and management to mention a few. This programme is designed for individuals in management level of both private and public organisations who require the knowledge and skills to effectively monitor and evaluate organisational performance.

Target Audience
This programme is designed to prepare and enable individuals at management levels to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) in the public and private sectors in order to effectively monitor and evaluate organisational performance.

Admission Requirements
Applicants should have a completed diploma at NQF Level 6 / second year post Matric, be proficient in English and preferably employed within an M&E or Strategic Management environment- ideally for not less than six (6) months. A Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process could be considered if an applicant is not in possession of the required qualification.

Duration
The total programme duration is 5 days / forty (40) contact hours.
